Clerk of the Board
The Medina County Board of Commissioners seeks a full
time Assistant Clerk of the Board.
This position would report to the Clerk of the Board
and perform a variety of highly specialized administrative duties.
Examples of duties to include setting up, recording and preparing meeting
minutes, answering questions from the public, assist with weekly agenda.
Able to take and transcribe meeting minutes.
Coordinate and facilitate a countywide public information program
regarding activities of the Board of Commissioners and departments under
High school diploma or equivalent and five years of
progressively responsible secretarial or administrative assistance
experience or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and
post-secondary education in public relations, journalism or
Standard hours are Monday-Friday 8am – 4:30pm, with
some evening meetings.
